Starting as an inclusive nail polish brand, Hollie Mixture has grown and changed like we all do, into a self-care and self-expression pampering opportunity. Every item is hand-crafted, blended and poured in small batches. While becoming disabled due to energy limiting conditions, the support of others in the community has fed into the direction of Hollie Mixture to make it a place of small joys.

Born from love for the expression that indie cosmetics offer, now offering a moment of self-compassion even if you are housebound, or energy limited. A scent, a small lotion, or a full on pamper routine can all be found here.

SLOW LIVING AND A SENSE OF SELF
Hollie Mixture is owned and operated by Hollie (she/her), a long-time nail polish lover for self expression and discovery. She's been painting her nails (badly) from a young age. Hollie became chronically ill after opening Hollie Mixture and understands the value of slow living. Small joys such as a cuticle oil in your favourite scent when you're stuck at home can be pieces of humanity and a sense of self.

At times collections may be limited or delivery times extended (notices given on the delivery page) to allow this chronically ill nerd to manage their health.

COSMETIC SAFETY
Hollie Mixture complies with UK cosmetic regulations. Each formulation is tried and tested before being released to the wild and awaiting rehoming. All polishes are vegan friendly, and made with pride in Lincolnshire.

VEGAN STATEMENT
While we recognise value in selecting a vegan and cruelty free certification, as an independent business the investment is too costly at current - this is an issue for many small businesses. We continue to focus on using trusted suppliers of high-quality vegan and cruelty free ingredients.
